From a young age, I’ve always had a fascination with real estate, envisioning the hidden potential in every property I came across. Growing up, I learned valuable lessons from my dad who really shaped my understanding of the market from investing in rental properties as well as fixing properties up to showcase their full potential. After spending several years in the healthcare industry in a supervisory role, I came to realize that my true passion lay elsewhere. So, in 2010, I took the plunge into real estate and became a licensed Realtor in January 2011.
At first, I focused on working with buyers, completing the Accredited Buyer’s Representation course to sharpen my skills in helping them. My early days as an agent were spent guiding clients through the thrilling journey of buying their first homes—an experience full of emotions and joy that really resonated with me. I later joined a team that worked with investor clients, which allowed me to see a different side of the real estate world. Yet, I found that the excitement of helping first-time buyers was something I couldn’t replicate.
My commitment to my clients goes far beyond just closing a deal. I take pride in building lasting relationships and staying connected through life’s important milestones. Honesty and communication are crucial to me, and I always strive to give my clients the time they need to make informed decisions without feeling rushed. In 2015, I joined my cousin Reanna Bowden and the Allhomes team, which has been great for my clients and business so that if I am ever unavailable for immediate assistance our team can pick up and handle things with ease. I also collaborate with a skilled group of professionals to ensure a smooth experience from the initial listing all the way to a successful sale or purchase.
