However, Reanna explained how condo fees can make a more expensive condo actually cheaper on a monthly basis if the condo fees are substantially lower than those of a less expensive house. She knew I was an inexperienced buyer, so she carefully walked me through everything and gave me all the tools I needed to make an informed decision. She pushed really hard to make sure I wasn't paying more than I could afford, and had great negotiation tactics to make sure the sale didn't fall through with a bunch of factor which were out of our control. The house I ended up buying is better than I could have ever dreamed of being able to own, and I wouldn't have found it without her.
