When you're a first time home buyer you're already nervous enough! Kelly made the experience so much easier. There was a hiccup with the first house that I put the offer in on and the deal fell through. She let me take the time that I needed to process everything and get back on my feet. The next house I put the an offer on was a slam dunk and it went as smooth as it possibly could. Kelly was insightful, wouldn't let me settle on a house just because it wad cheaper, and had my best interet at heart. I couldn't imagine going through the process with anyone else!

Purchased 2 homes with Reanna within 2 months of each other. Townhome in Edmonton with our daughter going to UofA. Reanna took our daughter’s safety, easy access to UofA, roommate potential and value into consideration when showing us properties. Safety was very important to us and she steered us away from unsafe neighbourhoods. Bought our home in Stony Plain after leaving an acreage near Spruce Grove we had loved for 15 years. Weren’t sure exactly where we wanted to live (ie. Stony, Spruce or Edmonton) and Reanna showed us properties everywhere until we made our decision. She always made time for us and never made us feel like we were all over the place with respect to location or type of property (ie. lake, town or city, bungalow or 2-story, smaller acreage, etc.) which we definitely were. Reanna is professional and knows her business inside and out.

She knows about value and construction often noticing red flags in homes and is always straight up and honest. She finds out information about properties without even being asked. It’s like she anticipates every question a client will ask and provides that info. She is sweet and kind and thoughtful but don’t let that fool you. She is a bulldog when it comes to negotiations and has your best interest at heart always. For example, she negotiated an additional almost $5K off of our daughter’s townhome on an item that we weren’t even aware we could get!

She worked hard until she got it for us which in the end took money out of her pocket. She really does work in her clients’ best interest. She is professional, competent, has excellent time management skills, is patient and educated in the real estate market and consistently went over and above our expectations. She not only showed us properties but discussed re-sale value down the road especially important in our daughter purchasing her first home.

Reanna was a huge help for me buying two houses within the span of a few months. My living situation changed rapidly after buying the first house, so she went above and beyond to help me get into a new place that was a perfect fit for me. I searched high and low online for houses that I was interested in, and I thought I knew what I wanted and could afford.

However, Reanna explained how condo fees can make a more expensive condo actually cheaper on a monthly basis if the condo fees are substantially lower than those of a less expensive house. She knew I was an inexperienced buyer, so she carefully walked me through everything and gave me all the tools I needed to make an informed decision. She pushed really hard to make sure I wasn't paying more than I could afford, and had great negotiation tactics to make sure the sale didn't fall through with a bunch of factor which were out of our control. The house I ended up buying is better than I could have ever dreamed of being able to own, and I wouldn't have found it without her. I would highly recommend Reanna to anyone looking to purchase a home in or around Edmonton.
