When you're a first time home buyer you're already nervous enough! Kelly made the experience so much easier. Reanna was a huge help for me buying two houses within the span of a few months. My living situation changed rapidly after buying the first house, so she went above and beyond to help me get into a new place that was a perfect fit for me. I searched high and low online for houses that I was interested in, and I thought I knew what I wanted and could afford.

However, Reanna explained how condo fees can make a more expensive condo actually cheaper on a monthly basis if the condo fees are substantially lower than those of a less expensive house. She knew I was an inexperienced buyer, so she carefully walked me through everything and gave me all the tools I needed to make an informed decision. She pushed really hard to make sure I wasn't paying more than I could afford, and had great negotiation tactics to make sure the sale didn't fall through with a bunch of factor which were out of our control. The house I ended up buying is better than I could have ever dreamed of being able to own, and I wouldn't have found it without her. I would highly recommend Reanna to anyone looking to purchase a home in or around Edmonton.
